Guten Morgen, Leider haben wir keinen Fanverkauf. Sie können Ihre Tickets jedoch mithilfe der nachstehenden Erläuterungen an die Personen Ihrer Wahl übertragen. Derzeit warten wir auf Informationen aus der Produktion der Veranstaltung. Sie sollten bald, irgendwann nächste Woche, eine E-Mail vom Stade de France erhalten. Dieser informiert Sie über die Verfügbarkeit Ihrer Tickets. Wir danken Ihnen für Ihre Geduld. Nachfolgend finden Sie allgemeine Informationen zum Erhalt bzw. zur Übertragung Ihrer Tickets für das Konzert. -

Das Konzert ist in ca. 1 Monat. Kein Grund schon Schweißausbrüche zu bekommen. Außerdem steht in oben zitierter Antwort "IRGENDWANN nächste Woche" und nicht "Am Montag um 00:00 Uhr."

Ja, stimmt schon. Ach ich bekomme schon genügend Panik weil ich einen Bahnstreik befürchten muss.

Ich frage mich echt wo das Problem ist, die Karten sind verkauft und die Plätze fest vergeben, warum kein Ticket senden.
Auch finde ich es richtig Mist, du kaufst bei Eventim Karten und bekommst sie in einer anderen App angezeigt. Warten wir mal ab…

Dear customer,
Thank you for purchasing your tickets for the RAMMSTEIN concert at Stade de France.
From July 03, you will receive an email informing you that your tickets are available on the STADEFRANCE Tickets app.
As soon as you receive this email, here is the procedure to follow:
1/ Download the STADEFRANCE Tickets application on your smartphone from the App Store or Google Play
2/ Open the app and create your account using your email address (the one that you just received this email on)
3/ Your tickets will appear on the screen.
► You can then transfer them by entering the recipient's email address or keep one for yourself and transfer the others.
► A ticket can only be transferred twice. The transfer is made by entering the email address of the recipient. It is possible to cancel a transfer only if the recipient has not yet accepted it.
4/ The day before the event, your ticket will be automatically activated when you log in to the STADEFRANCE Tickets application.
Important information to remember:► Before you go to the Stadium, make sure your smartphone is fully charged.
► Only one ticket can be presented per phone, except for minors who can have their tickets on the smartphone of the adult accompanying them.
► Only an "activated ticket" on the app on your smartphone will allow you access to the Stadium. The ticket does not have to be printed.
► The people to whom you have given the other tickets will each have to present their "activated ticket" on their personal phone.
► No screenshots of the ticket or video recording will be valid as a ticket.
In other words,
1 phone = 1 person = 1 entry ticket (excluding minors)
💡 Tip: Make sure that those accompanying you will be present at the concert and only then transfer your tickets as soon as possible => don't forget that you can make the transfer only twice! Therefore, you won't have to worry about it until the concert 😊

Hab ich das richtig verstanden, das 2. Ticket das ich habe, müsste sich jemand 2. einen Account machen, mit der App ….und dem übertrage ich ihr eigenes Ticket?
